How tall do ancient Sicilian grains grow? Why are they so beneficial to our health and at the same time so delicious? This extraordinary experience, suitable for both adults and children, will take you on a magical journey to discover the life of the ancient "tumminia" wheat grain.
Miller Caterina will explain how this wheat is cultivated, and you'll have the opportunity to grind it with her in an ancient mill in the historic center of Sciacca. Additionally, you will be involved in making "Tummicao" biscuits, made with tumminia flour and cocoa.
