Welcome to the Ancient Caricatore Caves, where your experience begins with a warm welcome aperitif, inviting you to embark on a unique journey. Through the cave tour, travel back in time as you listen to the story of underground Sciacca, the fascinating history of Ferdinandea Island, and the grain culture stored in the Royal Caricatori.
The experience continues with a lunch/dinner featuring traditional seaside couscous, just as the fishermen’s wives used to prepare. This is an experience that blends the history of the caves with local culinary traditions, creating an extraordinary connection between past and present.
