“Metta Experience”, offered in a charming Artistic Residence, is a massage that goes beyond mere touch: it is an act of deep care and attention toward oneself and others.
Inspired by the concept of Metta (benevolence and fraternal love) from Eastern traditions and the Greek principle of Anatripsis (therapeutic rubbing), this practice combines palm pressure, stretching, stroking, and acupressure to create a flow of empathy and mutual listening. The experience not only relaxes the body but also helps release deep emotions, fostering an authentic connection with one's body and with the person sharing the treatment.

We will begin with a short introduction to understand the principles of the Metta massage and to create an atmosphere of connection and relaxation.
Guided massage session:
Under the guidance of an expert, the couple (or individual participant) will both give and receive a full treatment, using techniques such as palm pressure, stretching, stroking, and acupressure.
Final relaxation:
We will conclude with a moment of deep listening and relaxation to fully absorb the benefits of the treatment.
